The Real411 is an independent public complaints platform where the public can report misinformation, hate speech, incitement to violence, and online attacks on journalists.
It was established, and is managed by, Media Monitoring Africa.
Furthermore, The Real411 operates in collaboration with key stakeholders, including the South African National Editors Forum (SANEF), the Press Council, and the IABSA.
